What is luxury? To some it is all about 5 star hotels, marble, bling and money. To us it is all about nature and precious time with loved ones. But you don't have to give up comfort to spend time in nature when visiting Camp Kiattua only two hours by boat from the buzzing capital Nuuk.

The adventure starts as soon as you land in Nuuk, transfer to the harbor and board your boat. Feel the fresh air on your face while taking in the landscape consisting of rugged mountains, waterfalls and maybe a couple of humpback whales on the way to your destination.

Once settled in your comfortable tent with heated beds, your host will take you on a short hike to get familiar with the area before dinner is served by your private chef. The food is locally sourced with everything the Greenlandic kitchen has to offer.

The next couple of days we will explore the area - including the nearby settlement, the icefjord and some bird cliffs. We can do some hikes, kayaking and fishing. Fishing from a boat is easy and the succes rate is high. But have you ever tried to catch Arctic Char by hand in a river? Maybe your catch of the day will be prepared by the chef later on. In the evenings we may be lucky to see the Northern Lights (late season) while we are soaking in the wilderness hot tub.

There is only room for 10 persons in the camp to ensure you have an exclusive experience with full service provided by your local hosts. Sila Greenland DMC looks forward to providing you with an experience of a lifetime.
